Step 4: Picture Messaging settings  

All done! just follow these instructions to set up email on you phone. You can print this page if you like.

NOTE: - (Cellular or) Mobile data must be enabled before use (via Settings > SIM & network). For Dual-SIM devices, please ensure that the (Settings > SIM & network >) Default SIM for Mobile (or Cellular) data is set to the required SIM.

Setting up the Data account

  1. On the device, from the Apps menu, select Settings > SIM & network (> select data SIM) > Access point names.
  2. Tap + (the 'plus' symbol) to create a new Access point and input the values listed below: -
    • Name: Virgin MMS
    • APN: goto.virginmobile.uk
  3. Enter the User name and Password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.
    • Username: user
    • Password:
  4. Enter http://mms.virginmobile.co.uk:8002 as the MMSC.
  5. Enter the MMS proxy and port listed below: -
    • MMS proxy: 193.30.166.2
    • MMS port: 8080
  6. Set the APN type as mms and save the APN (Menu > Save).
  7. Return to the home screen.

The settings are saved and the service is ready for use.
