Step 4: Virgin Mobile settings  

All done! just follow these instructions to set up email on you phone. You can print this page if you like.
  1. On the device, select Apps > Settings > Mobile network (under Wireless & networks) > Slot 1 (or Slot 2) > Access Point Names.
  2. Create a new Access point (Menu > New APN) and input the values listed below: -
    • Name : Virgin Mobile
    • APN : goto.virginmobile.uk
  3. Enter the Username and Password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.
    • Username: user
    • Password:
  4. Set the APN type as internet or default.
  5. Save the APN and, if necessary, select Access Point Names and tap the circle next to Virgin Mobile to set the profile as default.
  6. Return to the home screen.

The settings are saved and the service is ready for use.
