Step 4: Virgin Mobile settings  

All done! just follow these instructions to set up email on you phone. You can print this page if you like.

NOTE: - (Settings > Dual SIM and mobile network >) Mobile data must be enabled before use. For Dual-SIM devices, please ensure that (Settings > Dual SIM and mobile network >) Internet is set to the required SIM.

Setting up the Data account

  1. On the device, from the Apps menu, select Settings > Dual SIM and mobile network > (SIM1 or SIM2 >) > Access Point Names (APN).
  2. Tap + to create a new Access point and input the values listed below: -
    • Name: Virgin Mobile
    • APN: goto.virginmobile.uk
  3. Enter the Username and Password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.
    • Username: user
    • Password:
  4. Set the APN type as default.
  5. Tap OK to save the APN and tap Virgin Mobile to set the profile as default.
  6. Return to the home screen.

The settings are saved and the service is ready for use.
