NOTE: - (Cellular or) Mobile data must be enabled before use (via Settings > SIM & network). For Dual-SIM devices, please ensure that the (Settings > SIM & network >) Default SIM for Mobile (or Cellular) data is set to the required SIM.
Setting up the Data account
On the device, from the Apps menu, select Settings > SIM & network (> select data SIM) > Access point names.
Tap + (the 'plus' symbol) to create a new Access point and input the values listed below: -
Name: Virgin Mobile
Enter the User name and Password listed below. If no value is listed, leave the field blank.
Set the APN type as default.
Save the APN (Menu > Save) and, if necessary, tap Virgin Mobile to set the profile as default.
Return to the Home screen.
The settings are saved and the service is ready for use.
